Some years ago I started writing a book, I called “The Roots of the Ancient Enmity”, with the intention of exploring the scriptural roots of the ongoing hatred of the surrounding nations for Israel and the Jews. One day I might finish this book and publish it, but in the meantime, I want to share what I have written so far with you, because I believe the message is extremely important especially in these days of rising antisemitism worldwide and growing hatred towards Israel. True Christian and Messianic believers need to have a clear understanding of God’s plan and purpose for the Jewish nation as revealed in Scripture. As Judgement Day draws ever closer we need to make sure we are standing with God and not against Him.
In the posts to follow I will publish, chapter by chapter, this book as I complete them. I hope you will find it clear and easy to read, challenging and encouraging, and something that will build your faith on the solid ground of scripture. I don’t claim to know everything nor have perfect understanding of everything, but this work is the fruit of nearly 50 years of the study of Scripture, and 40 of those years I have lived and worked in the Land of Israel.
Below is the Table of Contents of the book. This may be subject to change as this is still a work in progress.
